This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund for paid features of Nooah, operated by Snowrose Holding Ltd (“Nooah,” “we,” “us”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Payments for Nooah are handled by our authorised reseller, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Refunds, where due, are processed by the reseller in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Nooah offers a free trial with no payment required to start. If you do not begin a paid Subscription, you are not charged — there is nothing to refund. At the end of the trial your account moves to a limited free mode; your data and Memory are retained.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact info@nooah.ai before the 14-day period expires.
Optional one-time add-ons — such as a Boost that temporarily restores full-capacity access — are made available for immediate use. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the Boost has been activated or used, it is consumed and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Email info@nooah.ai with the email address used at purchase and the transaction details. Refunds approved under this policy or required by law are issued to your original payment method by our reseller. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
